8 oz  soft tofu
3 tbsp  miso
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tsp  sesame oil
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 each  fresh green onions
2 tbsp  Peanut Butter, crunchy, extra
3 tbsp  lowfat plain yogurt
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until it becomes smooth.
