1 each  medium lemons
0.125 tsp  sesame oil
8 oz  soft tofu
0 1/2 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 1/2 tsp  horseradish
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
1 tbsp  canned black olives
  1. Put the lemon and oil in a blender. Pulse until the lemon is sliced into small bits.
  2. Add in the tofu, buttermilk, horseradish, mustard, salt, pepper, and olives. Blend until it becomes smooth. Place in the refrigerator until cooled.
