Ingredients Directions
  1. Bring to a boil the chicken broth, mushrooms, garlic, gingerroot, and soy sauce in a saucepan.
  2. Decrease the heat and simmer, covered for about 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in the tofu and snow peas. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Sprinkle the onions on top.
