8 each  corn tortilla
16 oz  Beans, black, unsalted, fat free, canned
7 oz  canned salmon
2 tbsp  Oil, safflower
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  onion powder
0 1/2 tsp  celery salt
0 3/4 tsp  ground cumin
0 3/4 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  lime peel zest
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice the tortillas into triangles and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix together the beans and salmon. Use a fork to flake the salmon.
  4. Add the oil, lime juice, parsley, onion powder, salt, cumin, garlic, lime zest, red pepper flakes, and chili pepper. Mix well.
