3 1/4 oz  canned white tuna, packed in water, drained
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  dried dill weed
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tsp  capers, drained
12 each  fresh mushrooms (med)
1 oz  parsley sprigs
1 oz  paprika
  1. In small bowl combine tuna, dill, mustard, lime juice, and capers. Mix well.
  2. Stuff mushrooms with tuna mixture.
  3. If desired, decorate caps with parsley and sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
