1 cup  low fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp  Oil, safflower
1 tbsp  apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. Put the cheese, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a blender and pulse until it becomes a smooth consistency.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours.
