1 cup  Butter, unsalted, whipped
1 cup  vegetable oil
1 tbsp  dried dill weed
1 tbsp  Mustard, deli
0 1/2 tbsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 tsp  ground tarragon
1 tbsp  fresh chives
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
  2. Transfer to a plastic container. Freeze when not using.
