16 oz  lowfat plain yogurt
0 1/2 tbsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 tbsp  ground cinnamon
  1. Put the yogurt in a cheesecloth and set over a bowl to let drip.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until it thickens.
  3. Mix in the cinnamon and vanilla.
