  1. Pour the stock into a saucepan and heat.
  2. Cut the leaves and stems from the cauliflower and divide into florets. Wash the leek, trim, remove the majority of the green leaves, and chop.
  3. Mix in the cauliflower and leek to the stock. Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.
  4. Pour the soup into a blender in batches and pulse each batch until smooth.
  5. Transfer back to the saucepan, add the dill, and cook to reheat.
