1 tsp  olive oil
1 each  small onions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
3 cup  fresh broccoli florets
2 cup  low fat buttermilk
1 tsp  cumin seeds
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic. Mix in the broccoli and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pulse the buttermilk and cumin seed in the blender until smooth.
  3. Combine the buttermilk mixture and the broccoli mixture. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
