1 each  medium avocadoes
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  medium limes
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 pinch  black pepper
2 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
  1. Slice the avocado into chunks and place in a blender. Add the garlic and lime juice. Pulse until it becomes slightly chunky.
  2. Add the salt, yogurt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Blend until it becomes smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
