Ingredients Directions
  1. Place flour in a shallow dish. Dip steaks into flour making sure both sides are covered.
  2. Over medium heat, cook steaks in hot oil in a large skillet until brown. Turn once.
  3. Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, Cajun seasoning, and salt to steaks. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 25 minutes covered, stirring occassionally.
  4. Add green pepper and onion, simmer, covered or 5 to 7 minutes more or until steaks and vegetables are tender.
  5. Skim fat from juices. Serve with hot cooked rice.
