1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  crimini mushrooms
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated pot over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic 5 minutes or until soft.
  2. Whisk together broth and flour and pour into pot and bring to a boil. Continue boiling, stirring continually, 1 minute or until thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
