1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
4 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
2 tsp  curry powder
0 1/4 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
2 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
1 tbsp  cornstarch
0 1/4 cup  white wine
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated pot over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk in flour, curry powder, and pepper. Cook 1 minute, whisking continually.
  2. Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Whisk together cornstarch and wine and pour into mixture; bring to a boil. Continue boiling until sauce is thick, 1 minute, stirring continually. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
