3 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
0 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
2 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 cup  white wine
3 oz  crumbled gorgonzola cheese
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Heat margarine in a pot. Whisk in flour and cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring continually.
  2. Mix in milk and wine and bring to a boil. Continue boiling, whisking continually 1 to 2 minutes or until thick.
  3. Lower heat to low and mix in cheese and pepper. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
