25 each  large garlic cloves
2 tsp  olive oil
1 3/4 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
0 1/4 cup  white wine
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0.125 tsp  salt
2 pinch  white pepper
Directions
  1. Sauté garlic in oil, with lid on, over medium to medium-low heat, 10 minutes. Cook over medium-low heat 10 more minutes. Smash cloves with a fork.
  2. Pour in 1 1/2 cups broth and wine and bring to a boil. Whisk together flour and 1/4 cup broth and mix into boiling mixture.
  3. Bring to a boil, mixing continually, until 1 thick, 1 minute. Mix in parsley, salt, and pepper.
