2 tsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  oregano leaves
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  ground coriander
1 tsp  paprika
1 pinch  ground cardamom
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
1 pinch  ground cloves
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 cup  golden raisins
2 tsp  capers, drained
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Mix together all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
