1 cup  Onion, vidalia, fresh, chopped
6 each  garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp  olive oil
28 oz  drained canned tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  white wine
0 1/4 cup  unsalted tomato paste
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. In large saucepan, heat oil over medium. Add onions and cook 3 minutes, add garlic and cook additional 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes, wine, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil.
  3. Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add lemon juice. Stir. Serve.
