1 each  olive oil cooking spray
1 each  small onions
0 1/4 cup  chopped green bell peppers
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 cup  tomato sauce, low sodium
0 1/2 tsp  ground basil leaves
0 1/4 tsp  oregano leaves
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated pot over medium heat. Cook onion, bell pepper, and garlic 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in tomato sauce, basil, and oregano and let boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
