Ingredients Directions
  1. Soak geranium leaves in boiling water and let sit until cool. Drain, disposing of leaves. Mix rose water and juice concentrate in a 2 cup measuring cup; pour in enough water to make 2 cups.
  2. Add apple juice mixture with pectin, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt and let boil. Mix in sugar and let boil, stirring continually. Continue boiling 1 minute, stirring continually.
  3. Spoon jelly into sterilized jars, seal, and cool; chill.
