0 1/2 cup  part skim ricotta cheese
1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
0.3333 cup  red wine vinegar
0.3333 cup  dijon mustard
0 1/4 cup  capers, drained
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  shallots, chopped
2 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree ricotta until smooth.
  2. Spoon ricotta into a serving bowl and mix with yogurt, vinegar, mustard, capers, basil, parsley, shallots, and garlic.
  3. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
