7 1/2 oz  canned boneless, skinless salmon
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
0 1/2 each  red onion
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 each  eggs
1 tbsp  mayonnaise
2 tsp  horseradish
1 each  cooking spray
  1. In medium bowl, mix salmon, bread crumbs, onion, dill, egg, mayonnaise, and horseradish.
  2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Coat a medium saute pan with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high.
  4. Place salmon cakes in pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.
