1 tbsp  tahini
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat sour cream
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 floz  garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp  ground cumin
12 oz  canned white tuna, packed in water, drained
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, using a wire whisk, mix together the sour cream, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cumin.
  2. Add in tuna and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
