6 oz  pork tenderloin
1 tsp  canola oil
2 tbsp  low sodium chicken broth
3 each  kumquats
1 each  medium oranges
1 tbsp  hoisin sauce
1 each  fresh green onions
0 1/2 tsp  sesame seeds
0 1/2 cup  cooked white rice
Directions
  1. Trim fat from meat. Cut meat in half.
  2. Heat cooking oil over medium heat in a medium nonstick skillet. Stir fry meat in oil for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove meat from skillet.
  3. Add wine to the hot skillet. Reduce heat. Stir in kumquats and hoisin sauce. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Return meat to skillet; heating through. Stir in green onion and sesame seeds.
  4. To serve, spoon hot cooked rice onto dinner plate. Place meat mixture over rice.
