1 cup  fresh asparagus
3 cup  salad greens
3 each  Radishes, fresh
1 1/2 tbsp  red wine vinaigrette
0 1/2 tsp  Mustard, country dijon
1 1/2 tbsp  crumbled feta cheese
  1. Steam asparagus for 3 minutes or until soft. Immediately dunk asparagus into ice bath, drain, and let dry.
  2. In serving bowl, mix asparagus, greens, and radishes.
  3. In small bowl, whisk dressing and mustard. Drizzle dressing over salad and top with feta.
