0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  margarine
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Beat together flour, milk, egg, egg whites, margarine, and salt.
  2. Heat a cooking spray coated 8 inch frying pan or crepe pan over medium heat.
  3. Spoon 1/4 cup batter into pan, tilting to coat the bottom with batter.
  4. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, flip and cook 2 to 3 minutes on other side.
