0 3/4 cup  Mashed Potatoes, homestyle, serving
3 tbsp  margarine
0.66667 cup  fat free milk
4 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 tbsp  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  fat free milk
1 each  ground nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine sweet potatoes and margarine; mix in 2/3 cup milk. Add in 1 3/4 cups flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt. Add in enough of the rest of the flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface 5 to 6 times to form a sphere 1/2 inch thick. Using a 2 inch round cookie cutter, cut out 18 biscuits. Arrange biscuits on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. Coat biscuits with milk and dust with nutmeg.
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
