2 cup  self-rising flour
1 tbsp  Shortening, vegetable
0 3/4 cup  fat free milk
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  margarine
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add flour to a bowl and cut in shortening until the dough forms coarse crumbs. Mix enough milk into the flour mixture to form a soft dough.
  3. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness. Using a round 2 inch cookie cutter cut out 18 biscuits.
  4. Arrange biscuits on a cooking spray coated baking pan. Brush each biscuit top with melted butter. Bake 15 minutes.
