4 cup  fresh chopped spinach
2 cup  fresh sliced strawberries
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
3 tbsp  orange juice
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. In non-stick pan, place sesame seeds. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until seeds start to turn golden. Remove from heat immediately. Set aside.
  2. In large bowl, gently toss spinach, strawberries, and onions.
  3. In small bowl, whisk orange juice, vinegar, and oil. Pour dressing over spinach and toss.
  4. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
