1 each  Onion, red, fresh, large, whole
2 tsp  sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  light soy sauce
0 1/2 oz  honey
10 cup  fresh baby spinach
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  salt
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Brush onion rings with 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. Lay onions on grill and cook 9 minutes, flipping a few times until both sides are evenly golden.
  3. Whisk together 1 1/2 teaspoons oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Season spinach with salt and pepper. Lay onions on top of spinach and toss with dressing. Top salad with sesame seeds.
