1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  whole wheat flour
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 1/2 cup  All-Bran cereal
1.3333 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 3/4 cup  packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp  margarine
1 each  eggs
1 cup  Fruit, tropical mix, bits, dried
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and bran cereal. Stir in buttermilk, brown sugar, margarine, and egg until dry ingredients are fully combined. Add in dried fruit and walnuts.
  3. Pour batter into a floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Flip bread out of pan and let cool.
