1 cup  white all purpose flour
1 cup  whole wheat flour
1 cup  Cornmeal, yellow, degerminated, enriched
1 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 1/4 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  light molasses
0 1/2 cup  packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp  vegetable oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the entire list of ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon batter into a cooking spray coated 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake bread for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Take bread out of oven and let cool before slicing.
