28 oz  whole trout
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 each  small onions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  salt
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
1 tbsp  pickled ginger
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Arrange fish in a glass baking dish. Heat oil in a small saucepan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour over fish. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
