0 1/2 lb  flounder fillet
1 pinch  salt
1 tbsp  light mayonnaise
2 tsp  Mustard, honey, whole grain
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  light soy sauce
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut fish into 2-inch slices and sprinkle with salt. Put in an oven proof baking dish.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, turning the fish over every so often.
  4. Bake until fish is opaque, but still pink. White fish is a sign of over baking.
