16 oz  sole fillet
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  Mustard, deli
1 tbsp  light mayonnaise
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
4 each  parsley sprigs
1 each  medium lemons
  1. Pour lemon juice over fish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients, except for parsley and lemon slices, into a paste. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  3. Rub paste onto both sides of fish. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Broil on lowest shelf for 7-10 minutes, turning carefully. Broil on second side for an additional 5 minutes. Remove carefully with wide spatula to a warm platter and garnish with parsley and lemon.
