3 each  small cucumber, peeled
24 oz  lowfat plain yogurt
4 oz  Cheese, camembert
0 1/4 tsp  white pepper
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 pinch  salt
3 tbsp  fresh mint
1 pinch  fresh mint
  1. Cut peeled cucumbers into tiny pieces and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, combine the yogurt, cheese, salt, garlic, pepper, and mint.
  3. Add the prepared cucumbers. Mix and season to taste.
  4. Garnish with more mint. (if desired)
