1 1/2 cup  farmer's cheese
0 1/2 cup  part skim ricotta cheese
1 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
0 1/4 cup  chopped scallions
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp  paprika
0.3333 cup  fresh dill weed
0.3333 cup  chopped parsley
0.3333 cup  chopped pecans
0 1/4 cup  sesame seeds
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and roll in any or all of the garnishes (see below).
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days. It is not recommended to prepare these in advance and freeze.
