3 cups  tap water
1 each  bunch broccoli
1 tbsp  olive oil
2 tsp  minced garlic
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 pinch  hot red pepper flakes
  1. Trim florets from stems. In large saucepan, bring water to boil. Add broccoli, cook until crisp yet tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Remove stem and seeds of red bell pepper. Slice into 1/4" pieces. Set aside.
  3. In wok or large skillet, heat olive oil over medium.
  4. Sauté garlic and red pepper 3 minutes. Add broccoli and mix well. Season with red pepper flakes and serve.
