1 each  bunch broccoli
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  olive oil
4 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 pinch  hot red pepper flakes
  1. Place broccoli in boiling water until crisp yet tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and place in a bowl.
  2. Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray, add oil, and heat over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the garlic and red pepper for 3 minutes. Add in the broccoli and mix well. Season with red pepper flakes and serve.
