1 lb  ground turkey, 99% fat free, raw
0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
0 1/4 cup  Soy Milk, plain
1 each  egg whites
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tsp  fresh thyme
1 tsp  fresh oregano
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Using about 2 tablespoons of mixture per meatball shape into 24 meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a nonstick baking sheet so they are not touching each other and bake until thoroughly cooked, about 10-12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
