2 each  medium avocadoes
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 pinch  hot pepper sauce
1 each  small tomato
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Peel and slice avocadoes. Combine with garlic, lime juice, and pepper sauce, mashing with a fork until blended.
  2. Add tomato, salt, and pepper. If not serving right away refrigerate
