1 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  medium onions
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/4 cup  Beans, yellow, mature
1 1/4 cup  Fresh green beans
1 each  Broccoli, spears, frozen, 10oz package
0 1/2 lb  fresh medium mushrooms
1 pinch  low sodium soy sauce
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Prepare oil, onions and garlic the Enlitened way (see below).
  2. Add remaining vegetables and steam for 15 minutes until tender but not too soft, so that beans and broccoli retain their bright green color.
  3. Sprinkle soy sauce liberally and mix carefully; so as not to smash the vegetables. Correct seasoning.
