Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut bacon crosswise into thirds. Cut water chestnuts in half. Wrap 1 bacon strip around each water chestnut. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
  3. Place in a sprayed 13x9-inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Drain off fat.
  4. Combine ketchup, Splenda, and lemon juice and pour over top. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until bacon is crisp. Serve hot.
