Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Wash, quarter, and core the pears. Slice each pear quarter lengthwise into three thin slices.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the pear slices on top of the mozzarella, fanning the pears outward from the center of the crust and placing 3 to 4 slices in the center.
  6. Sprinkle the Gorgonzola cheese on top of the pear slices.
  7. Top with the walnut pieces.
  8. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheeses have melted and the walnut pieces are browned.
  9. Remove from the oven; cool slightly, and cut into 6 wedges. Serve warm.
