1 1/2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  cold water
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
6 cup  fresh chopped spinach
4 cup  salad greens
2 tbsp  fresh tarragon
Directions
  1. In small bowl, whisk oil, water, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and onions.
  2. In salad bowl, toss spinach, salad greens, and tarragon.
  3. Drizzle dressing salad and gently toss.
