0 1/2 cup  fresh basil
0.3333 cup  fresh mint
3 tbsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
2 tbsp  distilled white vinegar
2 1/2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 tsp  sugar
2 tsp  fish sauce
2 each  medium garlic cloves
24 oz  whole salmon
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 cup  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
1 each  medium limes
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, puree basil, mint, pepper, vinegar, ginger, sugar, fish sauce, and garlic until smooth. Reserve.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Arrange salmon on cooking spray coated grill.
  4. Cook 5 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness. Serve sauce with salmon and top with basil and limes.
