5 1/2 cup  Flour, bread, unenriched
0 1/4 oz  Yeast, red, instant, RapidRise
1 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  salt
1 3/4 cup  cold water
1 each  olive oil cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Mix 4 cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Pour in water and stir until smooth. Add in enough of the rest of the flour to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead dough until elastic, about 5 minutes. Lay dough in a greased bowl and let rise, covered in a warm place I hour, dough should be doubled in size. Punch down dough.
  3. Separate dough into 2 pieces. Roll dough on a floured surface and lay on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. Let rest 45 to 60 minutes.
  4. Form 1/4 inch deep indentations in dough. Coat dough with cooking spray and top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees Farenheit 30 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
