0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 each  package baker's yeast
2.3333 cup  whole wheat flour
1 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  egg whites
1 tbsp  cold water
  1. Combine milk and yeast and let rest 5 minutes. Add in whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, and salt. Add in enough of the rest of the flour to form a soft dough. Let rest 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Separate dough into 8 even portions. Roll dough on a floured surface into 3-inch rounds and arrange on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. Whisk together egg white and water; coat dough with mixture.
  3. Bake dough at 425 degrees F 5 to 8 minutes, until crispy and golden; halfway through baking, flip breads. Let cool.
