1 each  package baker's yeast
1.3333 cup  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
4 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  salt
  1. Mix yeast, hot water, and sugar, let rest 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in oil, 3 cups flour, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add in enough of the rest of the flour to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead dough until elastic, about 5 minutes.
  5. Lay dough in a greased bowl, covered, and let rise in a warm place 1 hour.
  6. Dough should be doubled in size. Punch down dough.
  7. Form dough into 12 balls, cover, and let rise 30 minutes.
  8. Roll dough on a floured surface into rounds 5 to 6 inches across.
  9. Lay dough 2 to 3 inches apart on baking sheets and let set 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 500 degrees F for 3 to 5 minutes. Let cool.
