2 tsp  coriander seeds
1 tsp  cumin seeds
1 tsp  caraway seeds
1 tsp  ground turmeric
1 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0.125 oz  honey
0 1/4 tsp  sea salt
  1. Using a spice or coffee grinder, process coriander, cumin, and caraway until finely ground.
  2. Put spice mixture, turmeric, and red pepper in a frying pan and heat 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Mix spice mixture with yogurt, green onions, lime juice, honey, and salt.
