2 tsp  Mustard, honey, whole grain
1 tsp  light honey
0 1/4 tsp  ground turmeric
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
24 oz  salmon fillet
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Whisk together mustard, honey, turmeric, red pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Massage mixture onto surface of salmon.
  3. Lay salmon, flesh side up on a cooking spray coated broiler pan. Cook 8 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
